Fitness Sales Associate

Our facility offers large group classes where our certified trainers create fun challenging fitness workouts for our clientele. Our exercise programs can range from strength training, to HIIT, to cardio, to circuit training. The Camp Transformation Center also offers nutrition plans in support of clientele enrolled fitness programs. If hired for this position you will be assisting the director and front office staff with the day-to-day gym operations plus meeting set monthly sales goals. Our hours of operation are early morning and evening shifts.
Duties:
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: New hires will receive online and on the job training associated with The Camp Transformation systems and programs. Staff members will be expected to deliver a fun, enthusiastic, and supportive business environment. Customer service is our primary priority. Staff exception is to provide the best clientele gym experience The Camp Transformation is known for.
- Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education: Our clients expect services to support with health and fitness needs. It will be your job to provide our clients with health and fitness education on various topics that will empower them to lead healthier lives. You'll be provided with educational tools and resources to study them and speak about them with your clients. We also spend time covering this in our staff meetings.
- Office and Administrative Work: You will be assisting our director in the following: responding to emails/phone calls, processing paperwork, cold calling, creating appointments, and selling memberships/supplements/merchandise, writing reports, keeping inventory, filing/organizing paperwork, etc. YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO SELL OUR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS AND HELP HIT SALES GOALS.
- Maintain a Clean and Presentable Facility: Your job will also consist of keeping our facility spotless and well organized. Clients appreciate our clean and sleek gyms, and we will rely on you to help maintain our standard.

- Basic nutrition knowledge

Physical Demands
On rare occasions front desk staff may assist Trainers in leading a fitness class. This requires you to be on your feet assisting the trainers with leading and instructing gym members’ workouts. On the gym floor, lead trainers must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, curl bars, and bikes/rower and other gym equipment.
